About the Role

We’re looking for an Implementation Manager to lead enterprise customer deployments from kickoff through go-live and value realization.

This person will own the full implementation lifecycle — building structured rollout plans, defining scope, creating implementation blueprints, managing timelines, and ensuring the platform is configured to meet each client’s regulatory and reporting requirements.

You’ll be the primary point of contact during implementation, working closely with compliance, legal, and IT stakeholders on the customer side, while partnering with Product and Engineering internally. This role requires strong project leadership and the ability to translate complex regulatory needs into practical, scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead new customer onboardings and manage implementations from kickoff through production launch

• Build detailed implementation plans, architectural blueprints, and clear success milestones

• Define scope, manage risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned to customer goals

• Manage multiple concurrent enterprise deployments

• Translate regulatory and operational requirements into system configurations

• Configure advanced platform features, workflows, and permissions based on client needs

• Design and implement API integrations and data connections in partnership with customer IT teams

• Build custom dashboards and reporting views to support regulatory reporting

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during deployment

• Provide structured training tailored to each customer’s configured environment

• Present progress updates and solutions to both business and technical stakeholders

• Demonstrate measurable ROI following onboarding

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in implementation, professional services, or technical consulting within a B2B SaaS company

• Experience leading enterprise software deployments

• Strong project management and organizational skills

• Experience working directly with external stakeholders, including IT teams and executive sponsors

• Hands-on experience with APIs, integrations, and data workflows

• Familiarity with scripting (such as Python or JavaScript)

• Solid understanding of database concepts, including SQL

• Experience configuring complex SaaS platforms and building customer-facing reports or dashboards

• Experience in regulatory compliance, LegalTech, or GRC software is strongly preferred

• Strong communication and presentation skills

Nice to Have

• Formal training in project management methodologies

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

• Experience in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment

• Familiarity with enterprise ticketing and project management tools
