Position Overview

Regology is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive – Healthcare to drive revenue growth for our Regulatory Intelligence Platform. This is a hunter role, suited for a strategic thinker who can engage with complex healthcare enterprises and influence compliance, legal, risk, and operational stakeholders. You will align Regology’s AI-powered compliance solutions with healthcare organizations’ urgent needs to reduce risk, cut costs, and improve patient and member outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Healthcare SaaS Sales

  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles within hospitals, payers, health tech firms, and life sciences organizations.
  • Build executive-level relationships with compliance, legal, risk, privacy, and IT leaders (CRO, CCO, CISO, GC, Chief Privacy Officer, VP of Compliance).
  • Navigate procurement, vendor risk assessments, and data security reviews in healthcare environments.

Consultative Selling

  • Act as a trusted advisor by quantifying ROI from automation in regulatory monitoring, policy management, and audit preparation.
  • Map Regology’s AI capabilities to healthcare compliance pain points, such as HIPAA/HITECH, CMS, FDA, and state-specific mandates.

Healthcare Regulatory Knowledge

  • Possess working knowledge of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HITECH, CMS, FDA, Joint Commission, state Department of Health).
  • Articulate how Regology uniquely helps healthcare organizations stay ahead of evolving laws, reduce penalties, and improve compliance efficiency.

Negotiation & Deal Structuring

  • Lead contract negotiations with large healthcare enterprises, balancing pricing integrity with long-term adoption strategies.

Account Strategy & Pipeline Management

  • Develop go-to-market strategies for healthcare verticals (providers, payers, health tech, life sciences).
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management with CRM tools.

Product & Technical Fluency

  • Demonstrate fluency in AI/ML concepts relevant to compliance automation.
  • Lead product demos highlighting healthcare-specific use cases: policy gap analysis, monitoring new regulations (HIPAA changes, CMS updates), and integration with GRC/EHR systems.

Collaboration & Market Influence

  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Product, and Customer Success.
  • Provide market insights to shape Regology’s healthcare roadmap.

Strategic Networking

  • Build strong relationships across the healthcare compliance ecosystem, including associations, consultants, and regulatory bodies.

  • Resilient in long, complex healthcare sales cycles.
  • Executive Presence with the ability to influence senior healthcare leaders.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in enterprise SaaS sales to healthcare organizations.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, CMS, FDA, state-level laws).
  • Strong executive relationships within compliance, legal, and risk teams at hospitals, payers, or health tech companies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Background in selling compliance, GRC, legal, or healthcare IT solutions is highly preferred.
