The role

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has gained experience as an SDR or inside sales rep and wants to level up into a full sales role. As a Sales Consultant, you’ll take on more responsibility: running discovery calls, handling negotiations, and closing deals while still building on your strong prospecting skills.

You’ll sell to mid-market and international companies, helping IT and operations leaders understand how Telgea simplifies mobile plans for their teams through AI automation. You’ll get full-cycle ownership while being supported by an experienced team and clear playbooks to help you succeed.

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle: From prospecting and discovery to demos, negotiation, and closing.
  • Build relationships: Position yourself as a trusted advisor to IT, HR, procurement, and operations leaders.
  • Develop your pipeline: Manage leads in Apollo with clarity, consistency, and discipline.
  • Learn & grow: Receive ongoing coaching to sharpen your consultative sales skills and prepare for more senior sales roles.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations to ensure a smooth customer journey.

What we're looking for

  • SDR / Inside Sales background – You’ve spent at least 1–2 years booking meetings and qualifying leads, and you’re ready to take on closing responsibilities.
  • Coachability & drive – You want to learn fast, take feedback well, and grow into a high-performing account executive.
  • Strong communicator – Able to simplify complex solutions and tailor your message to different stakeholders.
  • Resilient mindset – Comfortable handling rejection and persistent in moving deals forward.
  • Curious & proactive – You don’t wait for instructions — you take ownership and find ways to improve.
