Regology is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive revenue growth for our industry-leading Regulatory Intelligence Platform. This is a hunter role, ideal for a strategic thinker with a proven ability to build strong professional relationships within complex enterprise environments, particularly within compliance and legal departments. You will identify customer needs and align them with Regology's innovative AI-powered compliance solutions, leading the sales cycle from prospecting to close.

Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise SaaS Sales Expertise:
- Master complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles with proficiency in solution/value-based selling to C-suite executives (CCO, CISO, GC).
- Navigate procurement, security, and legal reviews in highly regulated industries.
- Consultative & Insight-Led Selling:
- Serve as a trusted advisor, quantifying ROI from automation, risk reduction, and efficiency.
- Craft compelling narratives that connect Regology’s AI capabilities to client transformation goals.
- Deep Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge:
- Possess a strong understanding of global regulatory frameworks (e.g., AML, GDPR, ESG).
- Translate complex regulations into actionable business outcomes and articulate Regology’s differentiators within the GRC market.
- Negotiation & Closing Skills:
- Lead complex enterprise contract negotiations, maintaining pricing integrity and structuring deals for long-term expansion and adoption.
- Account Strategy & Pipeline Management:
- Develop and execute strategies for mapping and penetrating target verticals (e.g., banking, healthcare, fintech, manufacturing).
- Build multi-level relationships (executives + operational champions) and maintain rigorous pipeline discipline using CRM.
- Technical & Product Fluency:
- Understand core AI/ML concepts relevant to Regology’s platform.
- Lead tailored product demonstrations showcasing features like law library, agentic workflows, and policy gap assessments, and explain integration options with GRC and workflow systems.
- Collaboration & Cross-Functional Influence:
- Partner effectively with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Product teams.
- Share market feedback to influence product roadmap and leverage partners and alliances to expand reach.
- Strategic Networking: Actively expand your professional network within the compliance sector, cultivating new relationships with key decision-makers.
- Market Insight: Stay ahead of regulatory changes and industry trends to inform sales strategy and provide valuable insights to prospective customers and internal teams.
- Curiosity: A strong desire to stay ahead of regulatory and AI trends.
- Resilience: Persistence and determination in long sales cycles and competitive deals.
- Executive Presence: Confident and articulate in high-stakes meetings.
- Proven Sales Excellence: Demonstrable track record of success in enterprise sales, preferably within legal or regulatory solutions targeting compliance departments (e.g., GRC, legal publishing, compliance software).
- Strong Relationships: Extensive existing relationships, or a proven ability to quickly build and nurture relationships, within compliance departments at leading enterprise organizations, including senior executives and compliance officers.
- Deep Legal & Compliance Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of regulatory compliance challenges facing enterprises.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities, capable of developing and executing successful growth strategies.
- Communication Mastery: Outstanding verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Adaptability & Learning Agility: A quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing regulations and market dynamics.
- Background in selling legal content or compliance software is a plus.
