The Role

We’re looking for an AI-native Full Stack Engineer who wants to build end-to-end product in a fast-moving environment. You’ll work on AIR — our AI-powered interview and early-stage assessment platform — and help shape the future of intelligent recruiting workflows.

This is not a ticket-taking role. You’ll own features from concept to production, move across frontend and backend, and help define how AI is embedded into real-world SaaS experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Ship full-stack features end-to-end across our AI hiring platform
• Implement high-quality, production-ready UI with strong attention to detail
• Build scalable backend services, APIs, and AI-driven workflows
• Turn ambiguous product ideas into working systems
• Leverage AI tools deeply to accelerate development velocity and improve output quality
• Improve system architecture and developer workflows within your scope
• Identify problems before they’re obvious — and solve them

What We’re Looking For

AI-Native (Non-Negotiable)

• You use AI tools as a force multiplier across coding, debugging, testing, and documentation
• You think in terms of automation and augmentation
• You’ve materially increased your output by leveraging AI

True Full Stack Builder

• Strong experience building modern SaaS applications end-to-end
• Comfortable owning backend logic, APIs, data layers, and frontend implementation
• Able to independently design and ship features without heavy hand-holding

Strong Frontend & Product Instinct

• Sharp eye for UI quality, interaction details, and usability
• Can take a design system or component library and ship clean, polished UI
• Comfortable making small UX improvements without excessive design back-and-forth
