Job Description

  • Contract Length: 12 months with potential to hire permanently
  • Remote, W2 contract
  • Location: USA Only

The Senior TA Recruiter will play a critical role in identifying, attracting and securing top-tier talent to meet the strategic staffing needs of the organization.

Objectives:

  • Identify and recruit high-caliber candidates for positions across all functions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and organizational goals.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of a comprehensive recruitment strategy.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Scope of Services.

  • Candidate Sourcing

○ Develop comprehensive search strategies to identify and attract highly qualified candidates, and referrals. Your expertise in networking with the best in the industry while utilizing LinkedIn

Recruiter, ZoomInfo, Industry forums, and other recruiting search tools will be invaluable.

○ Conduct proactive outreach to potential candidates, engaging them in discussions about career opportunities with the client.

  • Candidate evaluation

○ Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates’ capabilities, industry knowledge and cultural fit.

  • Market Research

○ Stay abreast of industry trends, talent pools, and competitive landscapes to inform recruiting strategies.

  • Collaboration and Communication

○ Conduct consultative intake calls, partnering with Human Resources and hiring managers to understand business priorities, role requirements, and target profiles. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand position specifications and desired candidate profiles.

○ Lead recurring calibration progress meetings on active searches with key stakeholders. Provide strategic guidance and advice in a true partnership.

  • Candidate experience

○ Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

○ Communicate transparently and provide feedback to candidates promptly.

  • Offer negotiation and closing.

○ Facilitate offer negotiations, ensuring competitive and fair compensation packages.

○ Work with candidates to secure timely acceptances.

Reporting and Metrics.

  • The Senior TA Recruiter will provide regular updates on recruitment activities, including the candidate pipeline.

What you’ll be working on

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of talent acquisition experience, with 5+ years in healthcare/life sciences.
  • MUST HAVE very strong experience sourcing talent that is Director level and above(Executives)
  • Full life cycle recruiting
  • Must be a seasoned recruiter that can hit the ground running
  • Recruiting will be done for US and Canada
  • Req load will most likely be 10-15 at any given time
  • Must have experience with ATS systems
  • You will be expected to reach out to every candidate either by phone or dispositioned in the

system if they are not a right fit

  • Must be familiar with OFCCP compliance rules.
  • Can deal with high level managers and deal with pushback and strong personalities.
  • Must be a true advisor.

The ideal candidate will be a mature TA specialist that deals with executive level searched. A background in Healthcare and Life Science is required.
