Job Description

Monthly salary: up to $95,000 MXN per month

Interview process: 3 interviews and one technical asessment.

Please note that this is a hybrid role based in Guadalajara or Mexico City.

Hybrid role requiring 2-3 times in office per week.

What This Job Involves

We’re looking for skilled engineers to work on Corrigo Platform. Corrigo delivers a single, powerful CMMS uniting your operations, asset & work order management, maintenance, and analytics to deliver smarter facilities management. Corrigo is one of the leading CMMS enterprise solutions in the Word with a client base of about 4 million users with over 2 million locations, with hundreds of millions of assets connected through Corrigo platform.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience in SaaS/PaaS products which will play a critical role in the industry transformation journey.

As a Staff Software Engineer at JLL Technologies, you will:

  • Work closely with the Product Management team to understand product requirements and translate them into executable tasks.
  • Develop new features, enhance existing features, and optimize existing functionality, from conception and design through testing and deployment
  • Support the customer services team addressing escalated issues in a variety of areas
  • Write clean, high-quality, maintainable code
  • Participate in code reviews
  • Optimize and performance tune the application
  • Work with and potentially manage globally distributed offshore development teams

Sounds like you? What we are looking for:

Critical skills:

  • At least a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 6+ years of professional experience developing SaaS/PaaS products
  • Understanding business requirements and providing sound technical designs and solutions while leveraging critical thinking
  • Expertise with backend development – .NET Framework / .NET 6/7
  • Experience with ASP.NET MVC
  • Expertise with ORM frameworks – Entity Framework, NHibernate
  • Experience with the cloud ecosystem, preferably Azure, and familiarity with NoSQL Databases, Elasticsearch, etc.
  • Experience with the design and development on relational databases (SQL Server is preferable)
  • API Design concepts and Development of RESTful and SOAP web services
  • Experience with design and implementation of asynchronous processing, queues, topics, and related technologies
  • Experience with distributed applications, service oriented architecture, caching, and related concepts

Desirable skills:

  • Experience building and maintaining distributed applications using Kubernetes + Docker
  • Experience with agile methodologies
  • Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular or knockout.js.

Compensation:

  • MONTHLY SALARY: The gross monthly base salary for your allowance will be $Salary (Salary

with letter pesos 00/100 M.N.) less taxes

  • AGUINALDO: 15 days of salary or the proportional part of the time worked during the year,

which will be paid no later than December 20 of each year.

  • VACATIONS: The vacations to which you are entitled for the first year of service completed are

12 days, with a vacation premium equivalent to 25% of the salaries corresponding to said

vacation days, which will increase in terms of Law.

  • PANTRY VOUCHERS: Additional benefit to your base salary, which consists of an amount of $

3,153.70 pesos per month in pantry vouchers.

  • SAVINGS FUND: You will participate in the Savings Fund that the Company has implemented for

its staff, to which you will contribute 10% of your monthly salary (limited to by law) and the

Company will contribute an equal amount . The sum of your contributions and those of the

Company, will be delivered to you in the month of December of each year.

Benefits:

  • ELIGIBILITY FOR AN ANNUAL PERFORMANCE BONUS: This bonus is not guaranteed and is

contingent upon performance.

  • MEDICAL INSURANCE: In accordance with its policies, the Company may contract with the

insurance agent of your choice, a major medical expenses policy for your benefit with an insured

sum of $4,387,635.00 pesos. The Major medical expenses insurance may also cover your direct

dependents (spouse and children under 25).

  • LIFE INSURANCE: In accordance with its policies, the Company may contract with the insurance

agent of its choice, a policy of life insurance in favor of your beneficiaries. This insurance will be

governed in accordance with the provisions of the respective policy.

  • FUNERAL SERVICES AND EXPENSES INSURANCE: With coverage of $ 50,000 pesos
