About The TeamThe Employment Legal team advises on, on one hand, labour and employment matters (reorgs, individual cases, organisation of the work and support to HR and ER teams) and, on the other, the defence of Uber business model and its evolutions (social dialogue for platform work) Your Impact In RoleYou will be in charge of France and Belgium, labour litigations and investigations/audits as well as:
  • Advising the business on product/model changes and their impact on the classification of both Couriers and Drivers
  • Advising the business on the platform work sectoral collective bargaining strategy
  • Advising on the impact of platform work regulations on the model from a Labor and Employment
  • advising HR/ER in day-to-day matters regarding Uber employees and Works Council (this last bullet only represents 10% of the job)
The Experience You’ll Bring
  • Solid labour and employment background (Master in Labor law)
  • Expertise in French labour investigations and litigations
  • Fluent in French - Excellent writing skills
