Understanding the major difficulties for these audiences is key to align project and product development better suited to these partners.The Vehicles Regional Operations Manager will be responsible for data analysis, generating insights that lead into impactful strategies for Vehicle Suppliers the region for which they'll ultimately be in charge of launch and project management! What You'll Do

• Problem Solving: Identify the root cause of risks and opportunities, propose multiple, actionable solutions, and weigh tradeoffs to recommend the best approach
• Process Optimization: Execute, optimize, and scale core analyses and processes across [the region] and beyond, regularly reviewing performance
• Product Improvement: Proactively search for new features or improvements that could enhance the experience on and efficiency of our marketplace, measure their impact and collaborate with Product teams around the world to execute launches in [the region]

What You'll Need

• Data-Driven Mentality: Make strategic decisions based on data analysis and interpretation. Experience getting in the weeds of data, balanced with the ability to see the big picture
