About The RoleAs a Program Manager I, Tech for Quality Assurance function in our Global Scaled Solutions (GSS) team, you will be responsible for building, implementing and optimising global quality programs for different products and teams. Our team collaborates cross-functionally with product, engineering, quality and community operations teams.This role is based in Hyderabad and involves working with teams around the world.The ideal candidate for this role requires both technology proficiency and experience taking care of global teams, using vendor partners or third-party contractors/consultants!Key Responsibilities

• Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction
• Plan, create and handle the overall Quality Planning strategy
• Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure consistent project execution
• Identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement
• Conceptualize and drive programs aimed at driving efficiencies for GSS
• Drive high-impact initiatives to improve process quality and enrich customer experience
• Coordinate with key partners for prioritizing project activities based on the business impact and team OKRs
• Work with vendor teams to implement ideas and deliver continuous improvement of programs
• Work with tech leads and engineers to estimate efforts, define breakthroughs, supervise progress, resolve dependencies, evaluate risks and communicate status to project partners
• Ability to work with engineer/product/ internal teams to deliver tool/tech solutions that will drive long term improvements in operational efficiency
• Share frameworks, tools, standard methodologies that improve the delivery of projects with a focus on reusability and standardization
• Design experiments and interpret the results to draw detailed and concrete conclusions

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer with exposure on different testing techniques (UI Testing, Automation Testing, Test Driven Development Strategies and others)
• 4 to 7 years of proven experience in program management, product management or technical program management
• Experience in solving problems, both structured and ambiguous, at scale with strong attention to detail in constantly evolving business environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to influence and empower people (both technical and non-technical individuals) across a broad variety of job functions through your relationships
• Outstanding analytical and quantitative skills
• Self-motivated with an affinity for vision setting, strategic problem solving, and driving action
• Openness to explore and learn new technologies, hybrid processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with software QA tools and processes
• Lead/exposure to Quality functions (testing and bugs management) in a faced paced tech organization
