Como Inventory & Growth Assistant serás responsable de cargar y descargar material, mantener el orden de los almacenes y POD's, control de inventario y etiquetado de productos, armado de empaques y encargarte de entregar el material a los Shoppers.Además, apoyarás a los Shoppers brindándoles instrucciones relacionadas con la aplicación y capacitándolos cuando sea necesario. Principales Responsabilidades

• Carga y descarga de material
• Organización de almacenes y POD's
• Etiquetado de productos
• Recuento y control del inventario
• Seguimiento del estado del inventario
• Montaje de paquetes
• Entrega de material a los Shoppers
• Proporcionar instrucciones relacionadas con la aplicación
• Mantener el orden, la seguridad y la limpieza en el almacén y las furgonetas utilizadas en la operación
• Capacitar a los shoppers en POD's
• Dar seguimiento a los diferentes leads en el funnel y tomar acciones para darle fluidez al proceso de onboarding
• Mantener una cuenta activa de Shopper

Principales Requerimientos

• Manejo de Excel básico
• Licencia de conducir Clase B al día
• Experiencia trabajando con inventario y/o en bodega
