About The RoleAs HR Shared Services Manager in our Manila Center of Excellence (COE), you will be responsible for Process management and results, People leadership and management, Stakeholder management, Site leadership. You will use your unparalleled empathy and charm to turn angry users into our strongest advocates. Beyond this, you’ll be training, mentoring, and leading your own team to provide that same level of excellent service to all our users. You will be working with senior stakeholders in HR and Comm ops organisation and align the overall Vision to the operational delivery
  • Basic Qualifications --—
  • Overall 10+ years of experience in People Ops or HR of which at least 5 years of people management experience
  • Strong track record of Process KPI delivery
  • Experience of managing senior stakeholders, 3-4 levels above the job holders level
  • Strong background in developing people, interaction and collaboration in different regions, and manage expectations and relationship
  • LSS GB or above certification
