As a Program Manager, you are passionate about defining disruptive products that customers love. You will plan, execute, and close programs with your team. You have a solid understanding of wireless products, the latest IoT technologies, and cloud-based SaaS solutions, and you take pride in delivering high quality and reliability. You thrive through collaboration and work closely with sales, marketing, and our program teams.

You have demonstrated success as a passionate Program Management professional. You are a strategic thinker, solution-oriented, and a self-directed leader. You excel in leading programs and cross functional teams that design disruptive devices and cloud-enabled services. Familiarity with our market segments and future trends is essential. Bonus points for know-how in automated manufacturing and SaaS business models. You recognize that our customers are our most valuable asset.

Qualifications:

• MSc degree in Engineering or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience as Program Manager or relevant role
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of successful program management from early concept to product launch
• Solid technical background and business understanding, including Cloud SaaS architectures, subscription models, and deployment strategies
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficient in the use of Office 365 Products and Microsoft project management tools
• Passion for innovation and a customer-centric mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive disruptive innovation in IoT devices and cloud SaaS solutions (E2E)
  
• Define SaaS product lifecycle requirements, including subscription management, scalability, and multi-tenant architecture
  
• Budget and plan program schedules
  
• Monitor program progress and report on deliverables to relevant stakeholders
  
• Create program risk analysis and mitigation strategy
  
• Ensure overall program deliverables meet quality standards
  
• Ensure that programs are completed on time, within budget, and make a major impact on the market
  
• Build strong relationships with external customers by engaging in meaningful, technically informed discussions to understand their needs and translate them into clear requirements for the engineering team
