Job Description

The Junior Stylist will play a vital role in supporting the Fashion Team with a primary focus on e-commerce and editorial styling. This role is ideal for someone with strong foundational styling experience who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced studio environment and is ready to step into a more hands-on styling position. In addition to daily styling responsibilities, this role will support brand campaigns and assist in executing the Fashion Director’s vision—under the direction and management of the Stylist.

This position reports directly to the Stylist.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Stylist on-set across e-commerce, social shoots, and ACQ supporting with wardrobe prep, dressing, and styling continuity.

• Execute wardrobe rack organization, ensuring all looks are properly styled, steamed, pinned, and ready for smooth shoot execution.

• Collaborate with the Fashion Team to execute seasonal pulls and prepare style-out racks for upcoming shoots under the Stylist direction.

• Source accessories, shoes, and specialty items needed for styling across Ecom, Social editorial/campaign shoots when needed.

• Support Stylist in their work cross-functionally with the Merchandising and Design teams to stay informed on product updates, showroom rotations, and seasonal launches.

• Support the Sample Coordinator in seasonal sample turnarounds, wardrobe room resets, and sample go backs after each shoot to ensure a highly functional and organized wardrobe space.

• Maintain accurate inventory document of purchased accessories, including shoes, jewelry, and seasonal samples.

• Keep styling tools and documents up to date, including binders, line sheets, receipts, and kit logs.

• Provide on-set support including steaming, dressing, SKU tracking, and real-time styling adjustments under the direction of the Stylist and Fashion Director.

• Coordinate and fulfill sample requests for internal projects and cross-functional brand needs.

• Handle sourced sample inspection, repackaging, and timely returns post-shoot.

• Conduct trend research and contribute visual inspiration to support styling narratives under the Stylist direction.

• Maintain a fully stocked and organized styling kit, and order any resupply needs under the direction of the Stylist.

• Support the Stylist in the execution of Ecom, Social, and ACQ brand campaigns as needed, helping bring the Fashion Director’s and brand creative vision to life through styling, wardrobe prep, and on-set assistance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the fashion industry as an Assistant Stylist, with hands-on work across e-commerce and editorial shoots.

• Proven experience conducting showroom and rental house pulls, as well as on-theground shopping for photo shoots.

• Proficiency in Google Suite, PowerPoint, and Excel for styling documentation, inventory tracking, and shoot planning.

• Solid understanding of styling techniques, garment fit, and product handling.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast paced, high-volume studio environment.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take direction and work closely with the Stylist and cross-functional partners.

• Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented with a strong sense of urgency.

• Comfortable navigating the city for errands, sourcing, and time-sensitive styling needs.

• Passionate about fashion, styling, and translating creative vision into high-quality visual storytelling.

The hourly range for this position is from $25.00-$33.50/hr. The range provided includes the base salary that Savage X Fenty expects to pay for the role. Offered hourly rate will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
