Job Description

Savage X Fenty is currently looking for a Chief of Staff.

Savage X Fenty is looking for a strategic and collaborative Chief of Staff to partner directly with the CEO. In this high-impact role, you’ll help drive operational excellence, lead strategic initiatives, and ensure cross-functional alignment across the organization. You’ll act as an extension of the CEO—enabling speed, clarity, and action—while promoting a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and collaboration.

This is a unique opportunity to support the growth of a boundary-breaking brand and work closely with senior leadership. We’re seeking someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, balances execution with strategic thinking, and knows how to navigate both details and the big picture.

The Chief of Staff will report into the CEO, Savage X Fenty.

What you will do:

  • Serve as a key partner to the CEO, helping to operationalize strategic priorities and drive clarity across the executive team
  • Lead preparation for leadership communications, Board materials, cross-functional meetings, offsites, and strategic storytelling
  • Manage and execute high-impact projects from concept to completion, collaborating across departments to ensure progress and accountability
  • Streamline internal processes and decision-making frameworks to improve organizational efficiency and focus
  • Facilitate and lead regular executive meetings, including agenda planning, follow-ups, and tracking action items
  • Act as a culture champion—modeling adaptability, positivity, and collaborative mindset
  • Identify and remove roadblocks by proactively anticipating organizational needs and challenges

What you can bring:

  • 5–10 years of relevant experience, including time in strategy consulting or an operational leadership role
  • Mastery of PowerPoint and Excel; strong storytelling and communication skills
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple complex initiatives
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a bias toward action
  • Demonstrated ability to drive outcomes with limited oversight
  • A strategic thinker with high emotional intelligence and professional maturity
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and change with optimism and focus
  • Proven ability to build trust across teams and levels of leadership

Nice to have (but we’ll teach you):

  • Background in DTC, fashion, or consumer brand environments
  • Experience with fast-growing, high-visibility teams or founder-led companies

The annual base salary range for this position is from $133,100 – $168,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Savage X Fenty expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
