How Do You Fit In?

As our Brand Coordinator / Brand Manager – Influencer & Brand Partnerships, you will be the European brand guardian and champion across influencer collaborations, PR initiatives, and local market activations. You will lead the influencer gifting program and be the strategic liaison between our Berlin-based HQ, PR agencies, local stakeholders, and the global brand team.

What You Will Do:

• Drive and manage influencer marketing strategy across key European markets, with a strong focus on France and the UK

• Build and nurture relationships with a diverse roster of macro, micro, and emerging creators aligned with Savage X Fenty’s brand values and aesthetic

• Lead execution of influencer campaigns from briefing and negotiation to launch and performance analysis

• Own and manage the influencer gifting program, including product selection, personalization, logistics coordination, and delivery tracking

• Create and oversee seasonal gifting moments and campaign-led drops to maximize organic content and buzz

• Track performance and coverage using tools such as CreatorIQ, Tribe Dynamics, or similar, and deliver data-backed insights and reports

• Collaborate closely with external PR agencies to activate local press campaigns, brand events, and influencer-facing initiatives

• Support local event planning, guest list curation, and on-ground coordination in partnership with agency and internal teams

• Ensure brand consistency across influencer content, local activations, and PR placements

• Serve as a key liaison between European markets and the global brand team, ensuring local relevance while maintaining brand integrity

• Work cross-functionally with Creative, Social, E-Commerce, Merchandising, and Marketing teams to localize assets and adapt campaign rollouts for Europe

• Partner with external wholesale stakeholders and retail partners to align brand messaging, co-branded activations, and influencer opportunities

• Support marketing efforts and visibility within wholesale channels (e.g., special gifting, store events, content collaborations)

• Monitor and share cultural trends, market-specific insights, and competitive activity to inform influencer and brand strategies

• Represent the brand at influencer and industry events, building brand presence and strengthening creator and partner relationships

• Based in Berlin with some travel to the UK and France for events and market visits

What You Can Bring:

• 2–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, or brand partnerships within fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industries

• Deep understanding of the influencer landscape in France and the UK, with a strong creator network

• Proven track record of managing end-to-end influencer campaigns with measurable impact

• Experience managing relationships with wholesale partners or working on co-branded retail campaigns is a plus

• Highly organized with excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Fluent in English; French strongly preferred; German is a plus
