Savage X Fenty is currently hiring for a CRM Manager.

How do you fit in?

As the CRM Manager for Savage X Fenty, you will implement integrated communication strategies in all CRM channels. You will also support the CRM team in delivering customer-centric projects with a focus on driving customer acquisition and retention. This is an excellent opportunity to support all functions of the marketing team and contribute to the unprecedented growth of the brand.

You will report to the Senior CRM Manager and partner closely with all cross-functional teams across the business.

What you will do:

• Manage creation and maintenance of the CRM calendar to meet performance targets
• Drive day-to-day multi-channel campaigns from concept to asset delivery with a focus on lead-to-member conversion and member repurchase rate
• Own end-to-end creation process of all CRM assets in partnership with the Creative and Copy teams
• Manage day-to-day intake process with cross-functional teams, fostering collaborative and productive relationships
• Manage A/B testing initiatives, inclusive of test ideation, execution, and reporting to maximize revenue
• Manage the Quality Assurance (QA) process by ensuring all verbiage, links, and images are correct on CRM assets
• Track competitor landscape and industry developments to provide the team with expert advice in delivering a best-in-class mobile/email experience that meets customers' and business needs

What you can bring:

• Minimum of 5 years of CRM or lifecycle marketing (email, SMS, push notifications) experience with an emphasis on engagement and activation campaigns
• Ability to think strategically and creatively to build a robust and effective content calendar
• Experience working with an enterprise-level ESP (email service provider), such as Iterable, SailThru, or Emarsys
• Proficient in the execution of campaign experiments (A/B, MV) to track business impact, analyze the data, and extract key insights
• Strong analytical and project management skills with the ability to think strategically and translate data into actionable business insights
• Firm understanding of email and SMS fundamentals, such as standard CRM KPIs, deliverability, and CAN-SPAM compliance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS required
• 4-year college degree from accredited institution

The annual base salary range for this position is from $88,300 – 103,000. Offers to candidates are expected to fall within this range and will depend on the scope and complexity of the role, work experience, subject matter expertise, work location and other relevant factors.
