Savage X Fenty is currently looking for a Senior Financial Analyst

How Do You Fit In?

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting the finance organization in the preparation of the monthly forecast and annual budget, supporting the Savage X Fenty leadership team and providing regular and ad hoc analyses (often around growth / operational metrics) for the organization.

The individual will be essential in assisting financial analysis, modeling and evaluation across channels to keep the business on track to meet its financial goals. This is a perfect opportunity for an individual who is detail-oriented, initiative-driven, technically capable, holds a desire to solve problems and efficiently delivers a quality work product in a rapidly growing and dynamic environment.

This position will report to the Director of FP&A, Savage X Fenty.

What you will do:

• Support forecasting and budgeting of various elements of the P&L, creating processes and models where necessary to improve quality of insights while working cross-functionally.
• Interact and communicate regularly with key business partners on monthly reporting.
• Manage the planning and reporting process for various aspects within the wholesale business.
• Maintains integrity of the Hyperion Essbase financial system.
• Provide insightful financial analysis of business results against the strategic plan, budget, and forecast.
• Participate in various ad hoc project and assist in the preparation of insightful analyses and board presentations appropriate for the executive leadership team.

What you can bring::

• A minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience operating in a highly analytical FP&A role (investment banking, private equity and/or startup preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analysis, or related field.
• Mastery of Microsoft business suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated expertise in leveraging Financial Systems (Hyperion, Oracle, SmartView) to empower a global organization to efficiently plan and monitor financial performance.
• Passion to continuously provide exceptional customer service to all internal business partners.
• Highly analytical and quantitative-minded; a self-starter and ability to manage projects independently.
• Very detail oriented, with strong organization skills and ability to maintain and keep track of multiple information sources.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing and handling multiple projects/stakeholders concurrently.
• Must be proactive, results oriented, and possess high ethical standards.
• Experience in Fashion Industry is not required but is a plus.
• Experience with Tableau is not required but is a plus.

The annual base salary range for this position is from $88,300-110,000. Offers to candidates are expected to fall within this range and will depend on the scope and complexity of the role, work experience, subject matter expertise, work location and other relevant factors.
