Savage X Fenty is currently looking for a Sr. Director, Planning – Savage X Fenty.

As the Sr. Director of Planning, you will be responsible for leading a team and supporting the rapid growth of Savage X Fenty with optimal inventory levels and margin results.

This position will report to the COO - Savage X Fenty.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning team, including forecasting, OTB, promotional planning, category / SKU level analysis/ AUR/ AUC analyses
  • Develop and execute strategy for annual, seasonal and monthly merchandise plans for Savage X Fenty in collaboration with the merchandising team
  • Communicate monthly Open-to-Buy forecasts & supporting action plans as well as presentation of this data to Executive and Cross Functional teams
  • Manage the financial success of the department by meeting sales, and inventory goals; analyze historical data and current trends to identify risks and opportunities
  • Quantify in-season risks and opportunities by making the appropriate recommendations to merchant teams and management to drive results and increase profit
  • Provide insights and recommendations to key stakeholders for future season planning
  • Partner with marketing to develop monthly promotional plans to support revenue and margin targets in the budget, and appropriate level of inventory management
  • Partner with FP&A to accurately forecast out annual budgets and KPI assumptions
  • Responsible for building and maintaining in-season daily sales plans, reforecasting weekly as needed
  • Responsible for thoroughly communicating out to the executive team month end business results
  • Prepare innovative financial analysis for executive team as needed
  • Champion for driving cross-functional communication
  • Lead, inspire, and groom the planning team

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of apparel planning experience, preferably in e-commerce
  • 5+ years’ experience as a people leader
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Dynamic and powerful team leader
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing analyses of multiple product lines
  • Expert with Retail Math and OTB planning
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – advanced knowledge of Excel

The annual base salary range for this position is from $175,300-$188,000. Offers to candidates are expected to fall within this range and will depend on the scope and complexity of the role, work experience, subject matter expertise, work location and other relevant factors.
