As a Retail Keyholder you are responsible for supporting the Store Leadership Team in building a fearless, confident, and inclusive team that will bring that special Savage X Fenty shopping experience! You are passionate about creating a best-in-class employee environment while delivering an exceptional and one-of-a-kind customer experience. You will be integral in building a forward-thinking and innovative retail experience for both your store team and the Savage x Fenty customer.

  • Completes opening and closing responsibilities accurately and efficiently and ensures cash handling standards are met and company funds are secured.

  • Assists Visual Merchandising Supervisor with maintaining visual merchandising standards.

  • Assist Product Xpert Supervisor with back of house and inventory controls.

  • Achieve KPI targets, budgets, and objectives by driving a culture of business owners who hold themselves accountable to individual and overall performance.

  • Serve as a resource for general product knowledge and operational compliance, ensuring customer service standards are met and prioritized and the sales floor is a welcoming environment.

  • Manage productivity in down time and maintain cleanliness standards.

  • Upkeep an inclusive store culture that is reflective of our values and brand ethos resulting in a team of engaged sales advisors and outstanding customer experiences.


  • One year of experience in a high-volume retail environment.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • An organizational powerhouse with a strong sense of urgency, stellar time management skills

  • and an acute attention to detail.

  • Ability to lead through ambiguity while leading multiple initiatives.

  • Tech-Savvy or very comfortable with emerging technologies.

  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including working late nights, early mornings, weekends and holidays when required.

  • Self-directed and highly motivated to take ownership of tasks to ensure solutions.

  • This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
