How Do You Fit In?
We are looking for an experienced strategist to support the office of the CEO with strategic planning, project management, and cooperating closely with internal and external stakeholders to help deliver our key business objectives. In addition, the Manager, Strategy, will be asked to support assessing organizational performance, developing achievable goals, and implementing processes that build team culture and improve organizational effectiveness. An ideal candidate should be very familiar with business operations and industry nuances, and demonstrate outstanding maturity and leadership skills.
This role will report to the Chief Of Staff at Savage X Fenty.
What You Will Do:
Develop an in-depth understanding of our business and external market forces.
Identify issues, develop hypotheses, and communicate insights and actionable recommendations to key decision makers.
Suggest improvements to existing business strategies to drive growth.
Support the preparation of strategic business cases and presentation materials.
Manage and contribute to strategic projects utilizing problem solving frameworks.
Define problems and strategic solutions - scoping, analyzing, preparing, and presenting strategy decks.
Conduct strategic research and analyses.
Provide active guidance to team members during key strategic projects.
Build and nurture strong advisory relationships with key external and internal senior stakeholders including executives.
What You Can Bring:
3+ years of experience in a strategic role, in-house or management consulting
Demonstrated experience and knowledge of strategic problem solving and frameworks, and project management skills.
Exceptional research and analytical skills with ROI mentality and attention to detail.
Strong intellectual curiosity with good business judgment.
Proven ability to multi-task and balance multiple project priorities.
Professional and approachable style with high degree of personal integrity.
Willing to roll-up sleeves and do whatever it takes to get to the best answer or in support of the team.

The annual base salary range for this position is from $90,000-$120,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Savage X Fenty expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
