About the Job:

Rent the Runway is looking for a Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing to join a fast paced, growing marketing team. You will be responsible for developing and executing an overarching content strategy for RTR that supports elevated, always on, evergreen storytelling across all marketing channels, resulting in a creative, cohesive story that drives traffic, engagement, and brand equity. You understand that creativity is at the center of today’s successful brands and have been a part of a brand/agency that has pushed the boundaries to stand out.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create an evergreen GTM calendar that aligns with the seasonality of our members, our fashion merchandise to introduce, storytell and excite new & existing members on what to rent for the season.
  • Develop, write and refine creative briefs that capture the essence of marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and target audience relevance.
  • Partner with the marketing organization to create strong content plans that will help support marketing strategies across all customer touch points and channels. Must have experience and knowledge across organic social media, email, paid channels and on-site.
  • Work closely with the fashion team on translating assortment goals into storytelling prioritization from a seasonal and weekly standpoint.
  • Collaborate with digital merchandising, all channel marketing, and design to pull together holistic seasonal shoot requests that map back to product volume as well as market opportunities
  • Manage and design marketing presentations and playbooks for cross-functional alignment as well as leadership visibility
  • Build compelling sets of stories leveraging the content produced by creative to support product launches; quick to adapt and implement learnings from customer responses and changes in cultural zeitgeist
  • Actively participate in cross-functional brainstorming sessions to develop cut through narratives and blue sky ideas that can change the conversation around our brand
  • Leverage customer insights, social listening, fashion/beauty/culture trends to develop an understanding of what is most relevant to our audiences; share it generously with teams
  • Contribute as a key player on the marketing team, helping to shape the future of RTRs brand and its impact on the consumer landscape

About You:

  • 5+ years experience working on end-to-end integrated campaign strategy & execution
  • Must have content brand experience and a deep understanding of the marketing channels that drive growth and engagement.
  • Passionate about fashion, luxury, beauty, and environmental responsibility
  • A deep knowledge of the ‘new’ fashion, publishing and lifestyle verticals as it pertains to creative excellence, storytelling and how strong, meaningful creative can drive growth, loyalty and brand affinity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an extremely disciplined and high attention to detail
  • Experience leading and partnering across a larger marketing organization
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity, able to quickly pivot when needed, and willing to take creative risks.
  • Comfort with being uncomfortable and willing to take creative risk

The anticipated base salary for this position is $134,400-$168,000. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held.
