Job Summary:

We are hiring two Salesforce Admin/Analysts to support the configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our Salesforce platform and integrated GTM systems. Based in Pune, these roles are ideal for early-career professionals with strong Salesforce skills who are eager to grow in a collaborative and high-impact environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in configuring and customizing Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ) to support global GTM operations.

  • Manage users, roles, profiles, and permission sets across the Salesforce ecosystem.

  • Build and maintain automation via Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.

  • Support data integrity through validation rules, duplicate management, and cleansing activities.

  • Assist with UAT, documentation, and training during system releases.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support enhancements and new functionality.

  • Triage and resolve end-user support tickets and system issues.

  • Document business processes and technical configurations in Confluence.

  • Contribute to Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives.

Requirements and Preferred Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a Salesforce Administrator or Analyst role.

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification required; Advanced Admin is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, data model, and automation tools.

  • Ability to work independently and within a global, cross-functional team.

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

  • Experience with GTM tools like Marketo, Outreach, and NetSuite a plus.
