Job Summary:
As a DevOps Engineer at OpenGov, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining
scalable, reliable, and secure cloud infrastructure to support our SaaS solutions for
government agencies. You will work closely with our engineering team to improve
deployment processes, automate CI/CD pipelines, and ensure system stability. This role
offers an opportunity to work with modern tools and technologies such as GitHub Actions,
Terraform, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure, and monitoring tools like Grafana.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain cloud infrastructure using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Build and manage scalable CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments.
- Optimize cloud services for performance, cost-efficiency, and reliability.
- Set up monitoring and alerting systems to ensure system reliability and quick issue resolution.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance infrastructure and deployment workflows.
- Follow and enforce best practices for security, reliability, and compliance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineer, or Cloud Engineer role.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Basic knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Exposure to CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or equivalent.
- Understanding of monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, or similar.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively.
