As our new SAP Supply Chain Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing the full procurement and logistics flow. You will help ensure smooth purchasing processes, efficient movement of goods, and high‑quality data accuracy in our ERP system (SAP). You will join an international team of coordinators across Denmark, Switzerland, and Malaysia, working closely together to support NILT’s success in the rapidly evolving consumer electronics industry.

Tasks and responsibilities

Purchasing – Manage supplier relationships and ensure efficient procurement processes

You will handle purchase requisitions, issue purchase orders, negotiate with suppliers, and maintain accurate supplier and purchasing records. You will also ensure that all activities comply with relevant contracts and procurement guidelines.

In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining SAP MM master data and transaction accuracy, including supplier order acknowledgements, quotations, pricing, deliveries, supplier returns, intercompany goods movements, and contract manufacturing processes.

Logistics – Ensure smooth flow of goods across borders and within the supply chain

You will coordinate transportation for imports, exports, domestic shipments, and courier deliveries, while proactively tracking all shipments to ensure timely arrival. You will work closely with freight forwarders and customs brokers and manage all required shipping documentation. Additionally, you will monitor stock levels and support ongoing inventory control activities.

Administration & Reporting – Keep processes transparent and records accurate

You will maintain and update all relevant supply chain data, support the verification of invoices, prepare performance reports, and contribute to audit activities to ensure full compliance with internal and external regulations.

Skills, experiences and qualifications we are looking for

• Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in purchasing, logistics, or supply chain coordination
• Proficiency in SAP MM and MS Office (prerequisites)
• Experience with procurement practices, logistics processes, and international shipping terms (Incoterms)
• Good organizational, administrative, and communication skills, combined with the ability to prioritize, work under pressure, and coordinate effectively across teams
• Being structured and detail oriented
• Excellent written and spoken English and German
