Help shape the future of advanced optical manufacturing and play a key role in bringing cutting‑edge AR master technology from R&D into volume production
As part of NILT’s rapidly growing organization, you will work at the intersection of optics, semiconductor fabrication, and product development — driving innovation and enabling scalable manufacturing of nanoscale optical components.
Based in Kongens Lyngby, north of Copenhagen, Denmark, you will join an international, collaborative, and fast‑moving environment where we value curiosity, ownership, and the drive to solve complex technical challenges. You will be part of a highly skilled team working across R&D, production, and project management to deliver world‑class optical solutions. You will be part of an ambitious company where we win and lose together. Team spirit and mutual success are key components in our everyday work culture.
Tasks and responsibilities
Lead product introduction for volume production
You ensure readiness for ramp‑up, coordinating closely with process engineering, technical project leads, and project management.
Secure process, tooling, metrology, and control readiness
You drive alignment of processes and equipment for high‑yield, high‑quality manufacturing.
Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation
You prepare comprehensive documentation for our manufacturing sites, including Work Instructions and SOPs.
Drive failure analysis and root‑cause investigation
You lead structured FA, including FMEA, fishbone, DOE, and corrective actions—ensuring issues are resolved systematically.
Plan and execute wafer‑lot processing
You initiate, monitor, and manage wafer lots, including holds, pauses, and releases.
Optimize production planning and efficiency
You identify risks, anticipate downtime, and implement mitigation strategies before and during ramp‑up.
Support production with troubleshooting and improvements
You work hands‑on with manufacturing to diagnose issues and implement sustainable corrective actions.
Collaborate closely with PM and Technical Project Lead
You ensure alignment of deliverables, timelines, and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
