About the Role:

IPSY is looking for a Creative Strategist to join our Growth team. You will help steer the creative strategy, analysis and operations for our Growth marketing efforts. We’re looking for someone who is both a strong creative thinker and data driven.

This position reports to the Senior Manager, Growth Creative Strategy and is remote with a preference to be based in the Los Angeles area as the role may require some visits to our Santa Monica office.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage creative strategy and development, from concept through realization, across advertising channels
  • Analyze campaign & creative data to inform creative strategy and future tests
  • Lead weekly and monthly presentations, distilling creative insights into actionable next steps and best practices
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure development and delivery of creative assets that are direct-response driven and align with the IPSY brand
  • Research social media advertising trends in e-commerce, beauty, and subscription to keep IPSY as a leader in advertising trends

What We Are Looking For:

  • 2-3 years of creative strategy in e-commerce, beauty, or subscription space
  • Ability to manage large datasets and perform both qualitative and quantitative analysis
  • Creative and analytical mindset to develop innovative creative concepts
  • Ability to work across multiple projects, delivering high quality work that improves marketing performance
  • Energetic, self-starter with high attention to detail who can successfully work independently and collaboratively.
  • Paid advertising background in Facebook/Instagram

Bonus if You Have:

  • Experience working with a creative/advertising agency or in-house creative team
  • Experience with Asana, Trello, or other project management platforms
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (you should be comfortable creating pivot tables and charts, as well as using vlookup, text concatenation, and text formulas)
  • Paid advertising background in TikTok, Google Adwords, YouTube, and Pinterest

Pay is based on several non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, skills, and location. IPSY offers a bonus, equity grants, and competitive benefits. Final compensation is determined by experience and skills.

Salary Range:
$69,000$90,000 USD
