We are seeking an experienced, strategic Product Marketing Manager to inform Included Health's product roadmap and bring our innovation story to life through compelling, timely external positioning and assets. This role serves as a key link between our product and go-to-market teams, embedding upstream in the product lifecycle to provide voice of the market insights, shape the B2B value story, and support timely communication of launches.
As part of this, the Product Marketing Manager will synthesize customer insights from our commercial teams to inform product roadmap priorities, then collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to disseminate roadmap updates on an ongoing basis. In doing so, this role will play a critical role in ensuring go-to-market teams are equipped with the understanding and enablers they need to communicate the value of new products and features in the market. This includes developing crisp, consistent product documentation, messaging, and external assets alongside timely launch communication.
The Product Marketing Manager, Production Innovation & Experience role is a high-impact position that directly ties to Included Health’s client retention and growth efforts, ensuring that stakeholders know and understand the value of our products and their continuous enhancements.

  • Nurture Strong Cross-Functional Relationships: Proactively build relationships with Product Operations, Product, Engineering, Design, Solutions Consulting, Sales, and Client Success. Embed upstream to influence roadmapping, GTM planning, and positioning by acting as the voice of the market and an operational partner.
  • Synthesize Insights for Product Strategy and Messaging: Interpret voice of the customer insights to extract actionable takeaways for product roadmapping, prioritization, and development. Partner with Product teams to develop clear, compelling product documentation based on roadmap priorities and disseminate timely launch communication to go-to-market teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Product roadmap input and alignment: Actively participate in EPDD product roadmapping exercises, ensuring voice of the market input is incorporated early in the process. Contribute to roadmap clarity by helping to push for defined features, clear time horizons, and updated documentation, enabling proactive narrative development and communication around upcoming launches.
  • Product positioning and documentation for GTM teams: Develop and champion the narrative around the Included Health’s product roadmap and innovation priorities by maintaining the high-level roadmap narrative and working with GTM enablement around dissemination and training. Partner with Product Managers to develop consistent, timely, and clear product documentation, messaging, and positioning across upcoming product and feature launches, framing the value to the customer and the member for GTM teams. Partner with other Product Marketing team members to pull through new product releases and updates across base narratives and sales materials.
  • Launch communications for GTM teams: Support the development of an org-wide process to stand up and maintain a repository of up-to-date roadmap information, including launch timelines across client types and links to product documentation, messaging, and positioning. Support triage and answering of product-related questions that come in from various stakeholders in partnership with Product Operations and GTM Enablement.
  • Demo strategy and execution: Lead the cross-functional team that maintains Included Health’s suite of product demos, pulling through new products, features, and capabilities as they are released.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or product operations, with experience across the product and client lifecycle.
  • 2+ years experience supporting product roadmapping and launch communication.
  • Experience in a matrixed tech organization.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated experience creating high-quality product documentation and collateral, including go-to-market messaging and positioning and other enablement materials.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build relationships and work effectively cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Client Success, and other teams.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using the Google and/or Microsoft Suite of products
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in digital health and/or health tech.
  • Familiarity with Figma.
  • MBA.

Physical/Cognitive Requirements:

  • Ability to remain seated in a stationary position for prolonged periods.
  • Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate keyboard, computer and other office-related equipment.
  • No heavy lifting is expected, though occasional exertion of about 20 lbs. of force (e.g., lifting a computer / laptop) may be required.
  • Ability to interact with leadership, employees, and members in an appropriate manner.
The United States new hire base salary target ranges for this full-time position are:
Zone A: $120,050 - $156,070 + equity + benefits
Zone B: $132,055 - $171,677 + equity + benefits
Zone C: $144,060 - $187,284 + equity + benefits
Zone D: $156,065 - $202,891 + equity + benefits
This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for candidates based on their respective Zone. Below is additional information on Included Health's commitment to maintaining transparent and equitable compensation practices across our distinct geographic zones.
Starting base salary for the successful candidate will depend on several job-related factors, unique to each candidate, which may include, but not limited to, education; training; skill set; years and depth of experience; certifications and licensure; business needs; internal peer equity; organizational considerations; and alignment with geographic and market data. Compensation structures and ranges are tailored to each zone's unique market conditions to ensure that all employees receive fair and competitive compensation based on their roles and locations.
