As a Senior Manager on our Business Acceleration team, you are both a strategist and a builder. Your core mission will be to identify, incubate, and launch new initiatives from the ground up (0-to-1). You will apply rigorous, first-principles thinking and analytics to distinguish high-potential opportunities from noise. Then, you will leverage your operational muscle to build and pilot these concepts, proving their value before handing them off for scale-up.
This role is highly cross-functional, requiring you to partner seamlessly with senior leaders and teams across Product, Go-to-Market, Finance, Analytics, and Clinical Operations. We are looking for a leader who approaches our most complex challenges with humility, creativity, intellectual horsepower, and an enduring hunger to achieve results. You will be part of a small and nimble team that will help to change the way healthcare is experienced by millions of members.
Responsibilities:
- Uncover new growth opportunities: Own the discovery, validation, and business case development for new growth levers. You will conduct rigorous market analysis, competitive deep-dives, and financial modeling to build conviction and present compelling recommendations to senior leadership, driving alignment and securing investment.
- Incubate new ideas 0-to-1: Quarterback the design and launch of 1–2 high-impact initiatives each year that advance our long-range strategic priorities. You will partner deeply with Product, GTM, Clinical, and Operations to build the operational plumbing, measure early traction, and make the data-driven call on whether to scale, pivot, or sunset.
- Support commercial strategy: Support our annual pricing and packaging strategy to optimize revenue and sharpen our competitive positioning. You will orchestrate a cross-functional process, synthesizing inputs from Finance, Product, and GTM to deliver clear, impactful recommendations.
- Support long-range planning: Shape the blueprint for our 3-5 year AIC/Navigation growth trajectory. You will identify and frame the major strategic choices we face, including build, buy, or partner decisions
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Passion for raising the standard of healthcare
- 7+ years of relevant professional experience with at least 5 of 7+ years of experience in management consulting, high growth startups, investment banking, private equity or venture capital
- Familiarity with growth strategy, new business incubation, or product commercialization
- Outstanding analytical abilities and instincts
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategic opportunities into executable plans
- Comfort operating in ambiguity, with a bias for structured thinking and action
- Proven ability to create effective relationships, influence, and collaborate
- Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving and business judgment skills
- Proficient in spreadsheet analysis (Excel, Google Sheets), data visualization (Looker, Tableau) and database querying (SQL)
Physical/Cognitive Requirements:
- Ability to remain seated in a stationary position for prolonged periods.
- Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate keyboard, computer and other office-related equipment.
- No heavy lifting is expected, though occasional exertion of about 20 lbs. of force (e.g., lifting a computer / laptop) may be required.
- Ability to interact with leadership, employees, and members in an appropriate manner.
