Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and strategic Clinical Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team at Included Health. Reporting to Sr. Manager Clinical Recruiting this role is important in helping us scale our Clinical and Behavioral Health teams by recruiting top talent across a range of clinical roles. The Clinical Recruiter will manage full cycle recruitment while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle recruiting efforts for our Clinical and Behavioral Health team, recruiting for roles such as Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Psychiatrists and Master Level Therapists, and clinical roles supporting Clinical Navigation and Care & Case Management.
- Champion candidate experience, reflecting our commitment to inclusion and quality care.
- Develop a robust pipeline of clinical talent, focusing on both active and passive candidates.
- Promote relationships with residency programs, industry events, social media sourcing, online search, in-house marketing campaigns, and partnerships with external agency partners.
- Analyze pipeline data, recruitment metrics and performance data
Requirements:
- 4+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years dedicated to full cycle recruitment within the clinical or behavioral health field.
- Experience managing multiple requisitions.
- Proven track record in sourcing passive candidates and developing a diverse candidate pipeline.
- Experienced with Lever or similar Applicant Tracking Systems.
Physical/Cognitive Requirements
- Prompt and regular attendance at assigned work location.
- Capability to remain seated in a stationary position for prolonged periods.
- Eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity to operate keyboard, computer and other office-related equipment.
- No heavy lifting is expected, though occasional exertion of about 20 lbs of force (e.g., lifting a computer \/ laptop) may be required.
- Capability to work with leadership, employees, and members in an appropriate manner.
