About the Role

We are hiring a Field Event Manager to transform our product demonstrations into curated experiences.

You will own the end-to-end demo experience: this includes not only execution, but also ensuring high standards in hospitality, flow, and overall participant experience, aligned with our brand and positioning.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute field demonstrations

• Design and orchestrate the full participant journey

• Ensure seamless flow and timing across all touchpoints

• Coordinate all internal teams and external suppliers

• Source and manage suppliers aligned with Harmattan AI quality standards

• Maintain and elevate Harmattan AI event experience standards

The objective is not only to deliver a demo, but to deliver a controlled, high-quality, and memorable experience that reflects operational excellence.

Candidate Requirements

• Academic background in Marketing, Event Management

• Proven Experience: at least 6 years of experience delivering high-profile B2B events or exhibitions end-to-end, ideally in the defense or aerospace industry.

• Complex Project Management: Managed complex logistics, tight deadlines, and international events with excellence.

• Able to drive events that strengthen brand presence and deliver measurable business impact.

• Adaptability & Mobility: Thrives under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; embraces a “no-task-is-too-small” mentality.

• Communication & Influence: Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English, capable of leading diverse principals – from junior members to senior executives.
