About the Role
We are hiring a Bid Manager to lead all tender and RFP activity across the MENA region.
You will own bids end-to-end locally while operating within a centralized global framework. Embedded in the regional commercial team, you will act as the bridge between HQ and local stakeholders in a high-growth, high-stakes market.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end bid processes across MENA markets
Own proposal strategy, drafting, and submission for government clients
Adapt global bid frameworks to local market requirements
Ensure compliance with local procurement regulations, export controls, and data policies
Coordinate inputs across Sales, Product, R&D, Legal, and Finance
Act as primary client interface during bid cycles
Monitor performance and contribute to continuous improvement of bid processes
Feed regional insights into the central bid library and strategy
Candidate Requirements
Proven Experience: 5+ years in Bid / Proposal Management or related roles. Experience working with Middle East government or institutional clients. Strong understanding of GCC procurement frameworks and regulatory constraints
Complex Project Management: Strong understanding of procurement processes and compliance requirements in MENA.
Adaptability & Mobility: Thrives under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; embraces a “no-task-is-too-small” mentality.
Communication & Influence: Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of leading diverse principals – from junior members to senior executives. Arabic is a plus.
