Responsibilities
Payroll / HR Administration & Benefits
Prepare monthly payroll inputs for: absences, bonuses, new hires, leavers, and changes in employee status.
Ensure accurate and timely transmission of payroll data to our payroll provider.
Support basic checks of payslips and answer first-level employee questions about payroll.
Manage employee administration: contracts, amendments, employee files, employment certificates, and other HR documentation.
Coordinate and assist in employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
Ensure compliance and proper archiving of all HR documents.
HR Processes & People Data
Keep employee data accurate and up to date in the HRIS and related tools.
Help building and maintaining HR dashboards and reports (company demography, turnover, absenteeism, engagement indicators, etc.).
Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes (simplification, automation, standardization).
Onboarding & Offboarding
Support the end-to-end operational onboarding and offboarding process.
Organize welcome sessions and ensure each new joiner has a structured, warm, and efficient integration.
Make sure each departure is handled with clarity, respect, and proper handover of information.
Training Management
Register employees for training courses and manage invitations
Organize the logistics of sessions
Update and monitor indicators (budget, registrations, reporting)
Candidate Requirements
Academic Background: 2–3 years of proven success in an HR Operations or Generalist role.
Basic knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
Familiarity with HRIS systems and proficiency in using Google Office applications
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in managing HR documents and data.
Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees and stakeholders professionally.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Full professional fluency in both French and English (written and verbal).
