As Head of UxV Equipment, you will drive operational excellence, strategic product definition, and end-to-end delivery of complex, mass-produced equipment for UxV. This vital role bridges engineering and clients, ensuring our centralized product vision translates into successful program execution. You will manage the business plan, define the product roadmap, and act as a senior escalation point, ensuring all equipment (especially radar and radio systems) meets stringent technical and contractual defense standards. You directly manage a team of program and product managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Management & Delivery:

  • Act as the single point of contact for the customer throughout program execution.

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-spec delivery of complex and mass-produced UxV systems.

  • Guarantee that all deliverables meet contractual, technical, and operational requirements (Compliance Oversight).

  • Anticipate risks and lead rapid, structured resolution of issues (Crisis Management).

  • Own the program timeline and ensure billing is activated at contractual milestones (Invoicing & Revenue Triggering).

  • Track and resolve program-level blockers, both technical and administrative (Issue Management).

• Product Vision Definition & Strategy:

  • Define the product strategy and roadmap for UxV equipements, ensuring a centralized product vision is compatible with program-specific and customer constraints.

  • Ensure that Harmattan AI delivers cutting-edge defense products while maintaining a clear and achievable product path.

• Business Plan Steering:

  • Manage and steer the complete business plan for the UxV Equipement portfolio, aligning resources and investments with strategic goals.

• Customer Support & Client Relations:

  • Manage the client interface, overseeing contract compliance and acting as a senior point of contact for customer support and strategic relationship management.

  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction throughout the entire program lifecycle.

• Technical Domain Expertise:

  • Apply and leverage strong knowledge of optronic/radio equipment to inform technical decisions, manage technical risks, and ensure product quality and performance.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Program Leadership: Significant experience (5+ years) as a Program Manager within the defense sector, including leading product development in cutting-edge/disruptive tech environments. Proven track record managing complex deliveries and mass-production with direct client interface and contractual responsibilities.

• Technical: Strong background in radar/electronic warfare/optronics/radio equipment and familiarity with key industry players. Mandatory expertise in the field of drones for Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (ISR) and Strike.

• Product Head: Expertise in defining product strategy, managing the full product roadmap, and developing/managing the business plan.

• Client Relations: Experience with B2B avionics and drone clients. Strong knowledge of defense acquisition processes, program milestones, and compliance documentation.

• General: Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and organizational skills. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams toward success.
