Marketing Assistant- Contract
About the role:
The Marketing Assistant at Ever/Body, is a full-time contract position. This role works in tandem with the marketing team on managing Ever/Body’s organic social community across platforms, influencer relations, public relations, marketing focused data analysis, and supporting in-center events.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Channels:
- Manage posting, social care, and community for all social channels by liking, commenting, responding to & monitoring direct messages
- Work closely with the creative and content team to project manage content
- Monitor comments on any paid ads via Meta
- Coordinate social reporting on a weekly basis
Influencer Support:
- Respond to inbound influencer partnership requests from social media DMs and email inquiries
- Build influencer lists, facilitate re-engagement of top performers, and vet talent for future partnership opportunities
- Responsible for scheduling appointments for influencers, creating trackable links, distributing talking points, and creating & sharing unique codes to talent
- Lead the appointment scheduling process and notifying the centers of the upcoming appointments for the week
- Collect, organize, and file all influencer content once posted / shared
- Monitor influencer content with reporting / analytics
- Coordinate influencer content usage with the CRM and growth team when appropriate
- Re-engage and coordinate the existing influencer network to return for appointments that fit monthly business goals (e.g. Lips for February)
Public Relations & Communications:
- Responsible for coordination of influencer appointments
- Conduct follow ups and coordination with editors for interview questions, details, and scheduling appointments or interview calls
- Join weekly PR check ins
- Track follow ups to ensure the team is meeting deadlines for key opportunities
Brand Activation and Event Support:
- Briefs creative support like invitation design, signage, and overall event presentation
- Managing event logistics, including but not limited to:
- Materials and timeline management, site set up and breakdown, invite send out, event document management, event documentation for social channels
- Independant composition of event recap using key data on attendance, sales driven, and emails collected
Brand Calendar:
- Work closely with content and brand MarketManage the organization and populating the Asana calendar with activity from social, email marketing, PR, and influencer posts
- Update the omnichannel calendar 2x per week with social, PR, and influencer activity secured
- Track daily sales and creative that was deployed across all channels in all calendars
Experience needed for success:
- Bachelor's degree; focus in marketing or communications preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a brand marketing focused position
- 2+ years of experience in organic social content creation
- Prior experience with Google products including Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Google Calendar preferred
- Prior startup experience preferred
- Evening and weekend work required on an as needed basis
Pay and Perks:
- Hourly compensation in the range of $21-24/hour
- Flexible hybrid schedule; with a minimum of three working days required on site in Manhattan
- Full-time hours of 35-40 hours per week
