About The Role

The Internal Communications Coordinator, will work alongside the Operations team in support of the broader communications and workload calendar management between the enterprise business and the field organization. This role will be critical to the national expansion of Ever/Body, serving to create quality and consistency in brand experience, and in the practice of cosmetic dermatology. This role will report to the VP of Experience & Education to achieve streamlined, informative and engaging communications within our organization.

The Communications Coordinator, will act as a linchpin between departments, collaborating on the development and execution of all center and enterprise communications by way of internal systems. The ideal candidate will be a skilled storyteller with a knack for interpersonal skills with experience in supporting content generation to manage internal communications across a wide variety of company-wide platforms. This role will act as an Ever/Body ambassador with excellence in Ever/Body’s protocols, mission, values and goals.

Role Responsibilities:

Brand & Business Leadership

  • Embody the EVER/BODY brand purpose: We exist to thoughtfully support every body along their individual beauty journey
  • Drive EVER/BODY to be the definitive leader in Cosmetic Dermatology
  • Drive key performance metrics and business outcomes as defined by leadership teams
  • Serve as a gatekeeper and own the field organization workload calendar

Communication & Engagement

  • Source, draft, edit content for internal protocols, newsletters and company wide announcements
  • Coordinate and design presentation collateral for internal education and events
  • Assist our VP of Education & Experience in advising teams on employee engagement strategy using internal channels
  • Maintain the company's intranet
  • Assist in establishing metrics, tracking progress and developing tools to improve communication effectiveness
  • Work cross functionally with People, Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to execute communication initiatives from concept to delivery
  • Align internal and executive messaging with the company’s vision, mission, and product positioning

Safety, Compliance & Regulatory

  • Be accountable for the adoption and compliance of policies, protocols and privacy practices
  • Develop templates, best practices, and guidelines for content creation and curation

Role Requirements:

  • 2+ years of internal communications experience, in a startup or high volume/fast paced business
  • 2+ years of design experience, with Adobe Illustratrator a plus
  • Work directly with leadership to create and execute an internal communication cadence
  • Tech-savvy and adept at working with dynamic SAS systems
  • Experience designing presentations, videos and creative collateral
  • Prior experience working with luxury, clinical aesthetic services preferred
  • Must have a passion for health, wellness, and beauty
  • Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment, adapt quickly and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work effectively across multiple functions to develop and drive internal communications narratives
  • Able to organize and structure complex amounts of information
  • Experienced with content management systems or intranets
  • College degree preferred
