The Crown Is Yours
As a Growth Marketing Senior Associate, you'll help shape how millions of customers discover and engage with DraftKings. You'll join a fast-moving Growth Marketing Team that uses data, creativity, and experimentation to drive customer acquisition across our Sports offerings. You'll collaborate across teams, optimize campaign performance, and help fuel growth in one of the fastest-evolving industries in technology and entertainment.
What you'll do
Develop and execute programmatic media buying strategies across display, video, web, and native channels to drive customer acquisition, leveraging demand-side platforms, private marketplaces, advertising exchanges, and agency partners.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance through data-driven decision making, structured A/B testing, and continuous experimentation to uncover growth opportunities and achieve key business goals.
Build strong relationships with external partners and agencies, leading campaign strategy discussions with limited manager oversight while collaborating with the Creative, Brand, and Product Teams to bring innovative campaigns to market.
Translate campaign performance into actionable insights, presenting recommendations to leadership and identifying opportunities to improve acquisition strategies and marketing effectiveness.
Stay ahead of emerging digital marketing trends, platforms, and technologies, applying new ideas and best practices to strengthen campaign performance and drive continuous improvement.
What you'll bring
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field with at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing; experience with media buying, acquisition marketing, or programmatic advertising is preferred.
Experience optimizing digital media campaigns through structured A/B testing, campaign analysis, and an understanding of bidding strategies, algorithms, and performance optimization techniques.
Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly, influence stakeholders, and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
A data-driven, self-starter mindset with strong attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the flexibility to support non-standard working hours during major sporting events and other peak business periods as needed.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 70,400.00 USD - 88,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
