The Crown Is Yours
As a Payroll Coordinator, you’ll support the execution of accurate and timely payroll operations across a multi-entity environment. You’ll work closely with the Payroll Team and cross-functional partners to help process U.S. and Canadian payroll, maintain data accuracy, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. In this role, you’ll contribute to core payroll activities, assist with issue resolution, and support ongoing process improvements as the business continues to grow.
What you’ll do as a Payroll Coordinator
Support the processing of biweekly, multi-state U.S. payroll for approximately 4,000 employees using Workday.
Assist with semi-monthly Canadian payroll processing to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Review and audit payroll data including hours, bonuses, commissions, deductions, and taxes.
Help reconcile payroll discrepancies and escalate issues as needed for resolution.
Administer payroll components such as taxation, garnishments, and deductions.
Assist with off-cycle payroll processing, including terminations, corrections, and bonus payments.
Respond to employee payroll inquiries through a ticketing system, providing timely and accurate support.
Partner with the People Team, Benefits, and Finance to help maintain accurate data across systems.
Support year-end activities, including W-2 preparation and payroll tax reconciliation.
What you’ll bring
A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience supporting payroll processing in a high-volume environment.
Experience working with payroll systems, with exposure to Workday Payroll preferred.
Foundational knowledge of payroll taxation and compliance requirements.
Experience supporting Canadian payroll is a plus.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately review and process data.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions such as PivotTables and VLOOKUPs.
The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The US hourly rate for this full-time position is 27.20 USD - 34.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
