The Crown Is Yours
As a Risk and QA Innovation Specialist on the Marketing QA team, you’ll play a critical role in helping our Marketing organization navigate complex legal and regulatory requirements with precision and confidence. You’ll sit at the intersection of Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and Operations, ensuring customer-facing assets and workflows align with evolving guidance while supporting audit readiness and regulatory response efforts. In this role, you’ll help strengthen and scale a best-in-class Quality Assurance function through thoughtful risk management, process improvement, and AI-forward innovation.
What you’ll do as a Risk and QA Innovation Specialist
Partner closely with Legal and Compliance teams to stay current on marketing guidance, regulatory requirements, and policy updates that impact campaign execution.
Translate complex requirements into clear materials and enablement resources that help marketers and QA teams consistently adhere to established standards.
Develop a deep understanding of the marketing asset QA and risk review workflow to identify opportunities to reduce risk, improve efficiency, and automate processes.
Support the Marketing QA and Operations teams with audits, compliance reviews, and regulator requests by gathering documentation, validating records, and coordinating responses, while maintaining organized documentation and audit trails to improve consistency, transparency, and readiness.
Track, monitor, and report on compliance-related KPIs and QA performance metrics to provide visibility to marketing leadership.
Identify gaps, trends, and recurring issues across QA and compliance processes, recommending practical solutions to strengthen controls.
Contribute to the evolution of QA workflows by exploring AI and automation opportunities that improve accuracy, scalability, and speed.
What you’ll bring
4+ years of professional experience in a heavily regulated industry such as gaming, financial services, healthcare, or a similarly compliance-driven environment.
Strong understanding of how to operate effectively in complex regulatory environments, ideally with experience supporting legal, compliance, risk, or audit-related processes.
Exceptional attention to detail and a highly analytical approach to identifying risk and solving operational problems, with a track record of identifying improvement opportunities and driving solutions with minimal oversight.
Experience creating documentation, process guides, or training materials that translate policy into actionable workflows.
Comfort supporting audits, regulatory inquiries, and ad hoc compliance requests with a high degree of accuracy and organization.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams.
Interest in AI-enabled tools and an eagerness to apply emerging technologies to improve workflows, documentation, and reporting.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 64,900.00 USD - 81,100.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations.
