The Crown Is Yours

As a Director, Product Design, you'll own both our Casino and Game Studio Design product verticals, leading a high-performing team of designers, design managers and art directors while partnering closely with cross-functional leadership to deliver strategic outcomes. You'll set a clear vision, ensure consistently high-quality execution, and scale design excellence across the organization. While your primary focus will be product and team leadership within your vertical, you'll also help shape the broader Product Design organization by elevating practices, developing leaders, and strengthening our design culture.

What You'll Do

  • Lead a team of designers, including senior individual contributors and design managers by providing clear direction, coaching, and career development.

  • Set goals and priorities that align design work with product strategy and business objectives.

  • Partner with leadership teams such as Product, Engineering, Research, and Analytics to define vision, shape roadmaps, and drive alignment across functions.

  • Provide consistent, high-impact feedback to elevate craft, usability, and accessibility.

  • Ensure design work is scoped, prioritized, and delivered on time and with a high bar for quality.

  • Represent the design org in cross-functional planning, team resourcing, and executive-level product reviews.

  • Scale operations and improve rituals, tools, and systems that support team clarity and collaboration.

  • Collaborate with other design leaders to drive consistency in processes, shared systems, and team culture.

  • Contribute to org-wide initiatives such as hiring, onboarding, mentorship, and talent development.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Design or any suitable combination of education, experience and training.

  • At least 10 years of experience in product design, including 3 or more years managing senior individual contributors or design managers.

  • A proven ability to scale and support high-performing teams within a product vertical.

  • Expertise in interaction design, product thinking, and design systems, with strong strategic judgment.

  • The ability to influence business direction through clear storytelling, facilitation, and design rationale.

  • Experience bringing structure and clarity to complex, ambiguous problem spaces.

  • Confidence representing design in senior leadership conversations, team planning, and org resourcing.

  • A commitment to inclusive leadership and a collaborative, growth-oriented mindset.

  • A desire to contribute beyond your vertical, supporting org-wide improvement and a strong design community.
