What You'll do as a Senior Manager, FP&A

  • Lead financial planning activities for the iGaming vertical, including monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range strategic plans.

  • Own weekly and monthly reporting cycles, delivering clear insights on risks, opportunities, and performance drivers to senior leadership.

  • Partner with business leaders to interpret financial results, identify trends and gaps, and recommend actions to improve outcomes against targets.

  • Build and maintain complex financial models and ad hoc analyses to evaluate investments, quantify risk, and assess return on investment.

  • Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring accuracy while maintaining a strong big-picture view of business performance.

  • Drive continuous improvement across Financial Planning and Analysis processes, tools, systems, and reporting workflows.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Product, and Analytics to support data-driven decision-making.

What You'll Bring

  • At least 8 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis or related finance roles, with increasing ownership and scope.

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong financial modeling skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights.

  • Experience preparing and delivering executive-level presentations with strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • The ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders through thoughtful analysis and strategic recommendations.

  • A proven track record of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously and operating effectively in ambiguous environments.

  • Prior experience or exposure to the sports, media, entertainment, gaming, technology, or other high-growth industries is a plus.
