The Crown Is Yours
As an Analyst II on the Sportsbook Analytics team, you’ll use data-driven insights to improve sportsbook performance and inform strategic decision-making. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders across Operations, Product, and Data Science to translate complex data into actionable strategies that enhance the customer experience and drive measurable business impact. Through experimentation, modeling support, and scalable reporting, you’ll ensure analytics are embedded seamlessly into day-to-day sportsbook decisioning.
What You’ll Do
Develop and measure A/B tests to evaluate sportsbook features, customer experiences, and operational strategies.
Partner with Operations, Product, and Data Science to translate business objectives into analytical frameworks, success metrics, and measurable outcomes.
Perform deep-dive analyses to uncover trends in customer behavior, betting activity, and product performance that inform strategic priorities.
Build clean, reliable datasets using advanced SQL to support analysis and modeling, and collaborate with Engineering to productionize scalable data solutions.
Develop automated tools and dashboards that help stakeholders monitor performance, identify opportunities, and make data-informed decisions.
Create and deliver clear reports, experiment plans, and presentations that translate complex analyses into actionable insights for cross-functional teams.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field; or equivalent experience.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in analytics, preferably within a technology, e-commerce, or digital product environment.
Strong understanding of A/B testing principles and hands-on experience designing and measuring experiments to inform business decisions.
Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience building structured, analysis-ready datasets.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker, and comfort building dashboards and recurring reporting for stakeholders.
A demonstrated ability to translate large, complex datasets into clear recommendations and effectively communicate insights to cross-functional partners.
A proactive, collaborative mindset with a strong interest in digital sportsbook products and performance optimization.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 76,800.00 USD - 96,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations.
