The Crown Is Yours
As a Senior Gaming Operations Associate, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing and growing relationships with key suppliers while ensuring a seamless gaming content experience for our players. You’ll serve as the central point of contact for vendors, coordinating new game launches, managing configurations, and overseeing high-priority requests. Working closely with internal partners across Marketing, Compliance, CRM, and Product, you’ll help deliver high-quality gaming experiences and optimize performance across our Casino portfolio. Your work directly supports our ability to bring new entertainment to market with precision and speed.
What You'll Do
Centralize and coordinate new game releases from suppliers, sharing clear, actionable launch details with relevant internal teams.
Configure and manage supplier content within the Casino product, ensuring accuracy, alignment with compliance, and a smooth go-live execution.
Test new and existing casino games to understand mechanics, bonus structures, themes, and player journeys, building deep familiarity with game content to support quality assurance and internal enablement.
Track progress and key milestones across multiple concurrent projects, including vendor integrations, game launches, and regulatory submissions.
Respond promptly to client inquiries and high-severity issues, troubleshooting effectively and driving timely resolutions across cross-functional teams.
Present new features, product enhancements, and supplier updates internally and externally, while maintaining strong market awareness through competitor and industry analysis.
Partner with Marketing to develop, execute, and evaluate campaigns that improve game visibility and performance.
What You'll Bring
At least 2 years of experience as an Account Manager, Technical Support Specialist, or in a similar role within an online software company; experience in online gaming or casino operations is a plus.
Strong organizational, presentation, and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proactive communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
Technical and business acumen to quickly identify issues, assess impact, and implement effective solutions.
Basic proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, JIRA, and Airtable.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 69,600.00 USD - 87,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
