The Crown Is Yours

As a Regional Manager, Lottery Fulfillment, you’ll lead the people and operations behind Jackpocket’s lottery fulfillment across multiple Eastern United States markets. You’ll manage managers, guide cross-state operational execution, and set the standard for consistent, high-quality performance. From launching new markets to optimizing existing ones, you’ll bring strategic oversight and hands-on leadership to a fast-scaling team. You’ll travel regularly—up to 50% of the time—to align local teams and executive leadership around operational goals and upcoming expansions.

What you’ll do as a Regional Manager, Lottery Fulfillment

  • Lead and mentor a multi-state team, including local managers and fulfillment staff, ensuring high performance and engagement

  • Define, implement, and scale standard operating procedures and best practices across all fulfillment centers

  • Own KPIs and reporting for quality, compliance, and productivity, using data to identify improvements and drive results

  • Oversee staffing strategies, new hire onboarding, and ongoing training to elevate team capabilities

  • Spearhead new market launches, including site setup, process design, vendor coordination, and timeline execution

  • Build strong relationships with lottery authorities, vendors, and external partners to support operational goals

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, HR, Facilities, Product, Engineering, and IT on process improvements and new initiatives

What you’ll bring

  • At least 5 years of experience managing multi-site operations, including people leadership and strategic planning

  • Proven ability to drive performance improvements through process optimization and data-driven decision making

  • Hands-on troubleshooting skills and comfort navigating technical tools and operational systems

  • Experience launching new sites or markets, including coordination across internal and external stakeholders

  • Strong understanding of OSHA standards, local/state employment laws, and regulatory compliance

  • Ability to lead in high-pressure, real-time environments with sound judgment and clarity

  • Willingness to travel throughout the Eastern United States up to 50%, including some nights and weekends

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 75,500.00 USD - 94,400.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
