The Crown Is Yours

As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll lead the strategy, execution, and delivery of high-impact initiatives that enhance our Sports Data Platform. You’ll guide cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle, bringing clarity to complex problems, balancing priorities, and aligning stakeholders around a shared vision. With a focus on outcomes, you’ll define the “what” and “why” behind key decisions and shape experiences that scale and evolve with our platform. You will design and deliver a trusted, product-agnostic foundation that ensures sports data is accurate, reliable, scalable, and governed at the highest standards


What you'll do

  • Define and deliver the next-generation Sports Data Platform, unifying ingestion, entity management, and distribution into a trusted, product-agnostic foundation Drive cross-vertical integration

  • Partner with Sportsbook, Fantasy, and Consumer PMs to ensure sports data fuels features, launches, and personalized experiences across DraftKings Lead cross-functional teams through discovery, development, launch, and iteration of high-impact features and enhancements.

  • Translate vision into clear product requirements, business cases, and success metrics that guide execution.

  • Collaborate with Engineering, Analytics, UX, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless and efficient product delivery.

  • Use data to evaluate product performance, prioritize investments, and guide experimentation efforts

What you'll do

  • At least 7 years of experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of building and scaling successful products.

  • Deep experience managing product strategy, roadmaps, and delivery in a fast-paced, agile environment.

  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to support decision-making and prioritization. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

  • Experience balancing long-term vision with near-term impact in complex and ambiguous product spaces.

  • A strong sense of ownership and accountability, with a passion for creating meaningful customer experiences.

  • Familiarity working with internal tools, customer-facing platforms, or foundational technology products is a plus.

  • Proficient in SQL, Tableau, and modern data infrastructure (pipelines, AWS S3, Kafka); collaborate with engineering and data science to build scalable, resilient solutions.

Join Our Team

We’re a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston. As a regulated gaming company, you may be required to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency as a condition of employment. The US base salary range for this full-time position is 136,000.00 USD - 170,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
