Whether you're translating strategy into execution or steering priorities across squads, you'll keep the Global Data Team aligned, focused, and delivering results that matter.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with Engineering, Product, Analytics, and cross-functional stakeholders to define, prioritize, and deliver strategic data initiatives.

  • Translate high-level business goals into actionable technical requirements, backlog items, and success metrics.

  • Own and manage product backlogs for one or more data squads, continuously refining priorities based on stakeholder needs.

  • Drive end-to-end program execution by facilitating Agile ceremonies, identifying dependencies, and managing project risks and timelines.

  • Act as a key connector between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication across workstreams.

  • Leverage your technical acumen in SQL, Python, and cloud or data platforms to support data validation, prototyping, and troubleshooting.

  • Help shape scalable, reusable TPM processes and frameworks to uplevel the discipline across the organization.

  • Communicate program status, risks, and strategic context clearly and consistently to leadership and key partners.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any relevant combination of education, experience, and training.

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in a data-driven role such as Technical Program Manager, Data Analyst, Product Owner, or similar.

  • Strong proficiency in SQL or Python with the ability to navigate datasets, validate changes, and troubleshoot issues.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Snowflake and a solid understanding of ELT pipelines or data workflows.

  • Experience translating ambiguous business goals into clear, testable technical specs.

  • Strong organizational skills and a track record of delivering programs in fast-paced, Agile environments.

  • Excellent communication skills that build trust with cross-functional stakeholders.

  • A proactive mindset that brings structure and clarity to complex, high-stakes programs.
