The Crown Is Yours

As a Candidate Experience Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how future teammates experience the hiring process at DraftKings. Sitting on the Talent Acquisition Operations Team, you'll collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to streamline interviews and elevate every candidate interaction. From scheduling to providing real-time support, you'll be the go-to partner for creating a smooth, engaging, and well-orchestrated journey from start to finish. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role that helps us deliver an exceptional hiring experience at scale.

What You'll Do as a Candidate Experience Associate

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to seamlessly schedule phone and virtual interviews.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring every interaction reflects an outstanding experience.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the candidate journey and improve processes for the Talent Acquisition Team.

  • Manage candidate activity and maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system to keep workflows running smoothly.

  • Support interview debriefs and communication between recruiters, hiring teams, and interviewers to keep decisions moving forward.

  • Contribute to team projects and process improvements that strengthen Talent Acquisition operations and elevate the overall hiring experience.

What You'll Bring

  • At least 1 year of professional experience, including internships or co-ops that showcase your drive to grow.

  • A passion for people, with Human Resources or recruiting experience as a strong plus.

  • The ability to thrive under pressure, balancing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

  • Confident communication and interpersonal skills that help you build strong partnerships across teams.

  • A customer-first mindset, always delivering exceptional service with professionalism.

  • Sharp organizational skills and an eye for detail that keeps work accurate, efficient, and impactful.
