The Crown Is Yours

As a Product Manager, you will sit within our Platform Product Team focused on Payments and Risk. In this role, you will help drive initiatives that reduce chargeback losses, increase recovery, and create long-term value for the business. You’ll partner closely with Operations, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, prioritize improvements, and deliver scalable solutions that balance customer experience with risk management. By leveraging data and customer insights, you’ll shape the roadmap to optimize processes, reduce friction, and enhance our payments ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

  • Translate business and operational needs into clear product requirements and user stories that align with company objectives.

  • Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Finance teams to build and deliver tools that minimize chargeback loss and maximize recovery.

  • Partner with Analytics to design and analyze experiments, develop KPIs, and measure product performance across risk and payments initiatives.

  • Lead prioritization of features and enhancements, ensuring alignment between short-term goals and long-term product strategy.

  • Work closely with UX/UI Designers to improve servicing tools and workflows for Operations teams, driving efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • Monitor industry trends, evolving fraud tactics, and regulatory changes to inform product decisions and maintain compliance.

What You’ll Bring

  • At least 3 years in a Product Management role with proven success driving measurable outcomes.

  • Experience in payments, fraud prevention, chargeback management, or financial risk products.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to uncover insights, inform priorities, and evaluate success.

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and software development lifecycles.

  • Ability to partner effectively with Engineering and Operations teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

  • Technical background or ability to write and communicate technical requirements is preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, think strategically, and influence stakeholders.

  • Prior experience in gaming, payments, or regulated financial environments is a plus.

We’re a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston. The US base salary range for this full-time position is 117,900.00 USD - 147,400.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations.
