The Crown Is Yours

As a Senior Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in driving insights that power our business. You will develop analyses, reporting tools, and performance metrics to evaluate the health of our casino operations and inform strategic initiatives. By working cross-functionally and applying your analytical expertise, you will help shape the future of our casino product and empower teams to make faster, data-informed decisions.

What you’ll do as a Senior Analyst, Casino Analytics

  • Analyze product performance and customer behavior to uncover key drivers of engagement and value.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance business outcomes through campaign analysis, targeting, and optimization.

  • Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports that support daily operations and strategic decisions.

  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business questions into clear, data-driven recommendations.

  • Design and measure experiments that test new promotional strategies and audience segmentation.

  • Conduct deep dives into user behavior, such as time-of-day activity, use patterns, and more to inform strategic planning.

  • Mentor other analysts and contribute to a culture of analytical excellence across the team.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in business analytics, data science, or a related role.

  • Proficiency in SQL and Snowflake required, with experience creating dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau.

  • Familiarity with A/B testing, experimental design, and performance measurement.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders through insights.

  • A strategic, collaborative mindset and curiosity for uncovering customer trends that drive results.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 95,200.00 USD - 119,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
