The Crown Is Yours
As a Growth Marketing Associate, Influencer Partnerships, you will help drive new and innovative influencer and integrated media campaigns in a fast-paced environment. Drawing on your marketing experience, you’ll be instrumental in executing and optimizing impactful campaigns with over 1,000 influencer partners across Sports, iGaming, and Lottery products. In this role, you will ensure seamless operations, manage timely content approvals, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to accelerate the growth and success of DraftKings’ influencer channels.
What you’ll do as a Growth Marketing Associate, Influencer Partnerships
Plan, launch, and manage influencer campaigns end-to-end, ensuring all operational tasks are executed with precision and deadlines are met.
Support and execute media strategies with leading influencers across Social platforms to drive efficient KPIs for DraftKings products.
Develop and manage creative briefs and campaign materials for influencer partners, guiding content through legal and compliance approvals and ensuring all deliverables meet brand and Responsible Gaming standards before launch.
Maintain up-to-date influencer offer information, including terms, links, and promo code creation for each partner.
Serve as a central stakeholder for the sports calendar as well as iGaming and Lottery seasonal launches, aligning all parties to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets and campaign execution.
Work closely and cross-functionally with teams including Integrated Marketing, QA, Legal, Creative Ops, Paid Social, Brand Marketing, Ad Sales, and Audio to ensure seamless campaign execution, compliance, and synergy across departments.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance for cross-functional stakeholders, collaborating with Marketing Analytics to deliver actionable insights and provide timely updates that drive ongoing optimization and alignment with brand standards.
What you’ll bring
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
1+ years of experience in influencer marketing, growth marketing, or digital marketing operations (agency or in-house experience a plus).
Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable collaborating across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Familiarity with influencer and social media platforms, campaign tracking tools, and digital reporting systems.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 58,400.00 USD - 73,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
